Amazing customer service!!!!! My coworkers and I did the buy one get one free tumbler deal, and unfortunately the first order messed up and only had 3 cups instead of 4, even though there were 4 cups in the cart at checkout. That being said, I sent an email and received a response right away with instructions on how to correct this issue. The first ordered was cancelled and refunded very promptly (within a day or 2) I was so impressed with how quick they were to respond and how helpful they were! I definitely recommend this company and will be shopping with them in the future!!

Ordering was easy. Items arrived timely and as pictured. Liquids stay cold for a long period of time similar to other pricey name brands. I ordered several for my coworkers and then did a group of lake themed ones for my parents. I wish the tumblers came standard with the magslider lids and that they were dishwasher safe. All in all a great value and very functional and FUN!
