How long does it take to receive my order?

• Orders typically take about 5-7 days to ship but please see the item description to get the most accurate time frame as may vary per product. All Piper Lou orders are  printed-on-demand and custom made individually when you order. We carry some stock in our top sellers for quick ships. 
• Orders can take up to 2-4 Business days to arrive once shipped. If you need your order sooner for an event or as a gift, please reach out to customer service and we will do our best to make sure it arrives on time. 

How can I track my order? 

• You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped.

How Does Your FREE LID Replacement Program work? 

• We offer FREE LIFETIME replacement lids. Not applicable to Upgraded Slider Lids. Standard Lids are free, you just have to pay shipping to have it sent to you. Can I exchange an item? 

• YES! Hassle-free returns! Please email info@piperloucollection.com with your name, order #, and reason for exchanging.
• If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost. 

*Exchanges must be made within 60 days from the date your item was delivered.

There are NO RETURNS for Customized Items. Those sales are final unless it's  a quality issue or incorrectly sent. 

Do you offer refunds? 

• ABSOLUTELY! If you don't love your Piper Lou item, we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 60 days of your purchase date. Item must be in the same condition as you received it. If you want to request a refund, please email our customer service email for help processing. 
• Please include a note as to why the item is being returned along with your order number and name so we can process the refund quickly.
• Refunds will take 2-3 business days to process through back to your bank. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email notification.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Allow up to 5-10 business days for processing. Some in-stock items may ship as soon as 1-2 days. Free Shipping orders ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days and packages are not insured. If shipping to a PO Box, please also provide a physical address for UPS deliveries. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers.  We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade to priority mail shipping.  

PRIORITY PROCESSING OPTION

You may upgrade to the Priority Processing Option in order to push your order up the daily order list. These packages are tagged as P1 orders, which our vendors will know to push out with high urgency.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are quickly processed and sent from one of our vendors within 5-10 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.  In cases of delayed shipments, please feel free to contact us and will make sure to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY 

We also ship to Canada, using USPS, DHL or UPS. All rates are current estimates using our discounted shipping rates. We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US.
