First I hear some bad reviews about wait time. My order came quickly and correctly. Second these mugs are a good weight and I love that my whole hand fits inside the handle. I hate mugs that only let me put in two fingers. I bought mine for our camper and would definitely buy from this company again. This is a quality product!
