I ordered 3- 20 Oz. Cups (1 for myself and 1 for my sister and sister in law) and 1- 12 Oz cup. It took almost 4 weeks but received the 20 Oz cups. The 12 Oz cup wasn't included. I contacted Piper Lou and was assured they would fix the problem. It only took a couple weeks and I did indeed get my 12 oz cup. I drink lots of water and have the cup full all the time. It keeps my water cold all day.. We all love and use these cups daily-!!!
