The cup is fine but customer service leaves something to be desired. I sent messages through Facebook wanting to talk to someone about my order that was placed on December 5 but about 10 days later I had not received any shipping info. Through FB there was no response to my message for at least a week. I sent an email which took them several days to respond to. Their response was shipping info and delivery dates. Thankfully the cups were not Christmas gifts. The delivery was 2 days later than the date promised. In thinking about this, I think my order was lost. Communication was difficult, and there’s no actual phone to call for questions, it can only be done through email. I like being to call someone and taking care of the issue in one call rather than days waiting for emails. Don’t think I’ll order through them again.
