If you ordered the wrong item, color, or size, we just ask that you pay a shipping fee to cover shipping it back to you. If you follow the steps below, we can initiate your exchange. If it's our fault, we will cover the shipping.
Once we receive it back, we will send you a link to pay the exchange shipping (if it wasn't our fault). Once paid, we will then process your exchange. If the item you are exchanging it for costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
