Easy Arm Toning - Piper Lou Fitness

Did you know Piper Lou had a fitness page!?? Yeah!! I mean, we Piper Lou Who's may drink a lot, and love mozzarella sticks, but we are also some hot bitches! And hot bitches need balance.

My best friend Haley Kahn, just happens to be a personal trainer. I know I need help with my arms and thought maybe some of you would be interested in learning some super easy yet effective arm workouts! Take a look at the live we did on the facebook page and take a look at the reps below! 

  • Modified push up to superman - 12 reps 3 times
  • Tricep dips - 12 reps 3 times
  • Bicep curl to shoulder press - 8 reps three times
  • Dead bug - 10 per side 3 times
