Foodie Friday - Avocado Brownie
With my mission to get and stay more fit I've gotta change up the Foodie Fridays a bit. Don't get me wrong they will still be delicious!! Only now, more nutricious! I just made a single serve brownie out of an Avocado! Say what!? And I couldn't taste the difference.
- 1 small avocado mashed
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1.5 tbsp coco powder
- 2 tbsp almond milk
Bake on 350 for 20 minutes and enjoy!
