It's Foodie Friday! And do I have the perfect recipe for you! It's easy for entertaining guests or entertaining just yourself (NO SHAME!). It's warm, gooey, and so so delish!
It's called... "No Bake S'more Dip" although don't let the no bake deceive you. I didn't have a kitchen torch and if you don't either then you will have to succumb to the boiler.. I know I was scared too. But we can do this!
- 16 oz chocloate
- 1 1/2 heavy cream
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- Graham crackers
Place the chopped chocolate in a medium bowl; set aside.
Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it reaches a simmer. Pour over the chopped chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes. Using a rubber spatula, gently stir the mixture, beginning in the center, until all of the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Pour into a shallow serving dish and top with the miniature marshmallows. Use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows; serve with graham crackers. If you don't have a torch broil for about 30 seconds!
