1 Minute Microwave Pizza in a Mug
OK so, real talk. I was trying to think of a use for all my coffee mugs seeing as I only drink out of tumblers now. There they are, just sitting in the cabinet all lonely and unused. You too? Fear not my friends. I have found the perfect solution!
1 MINUTE PIZZA IN A MUG!
I shit you not, this is a recipe I found and it’s easy and delicious. If you’re a mom and running out of ideas to entertain the kiddos, turn them into chef’s because this is a dish they can make for themselves and will absolutely love eating it as much as the process of making it.
Here is the list of ingredients!
- 4 Tablespoons of Flour/ GF Flour works too! (I tried it)
- 1/16 Teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
- 3 Tablespoons 2% Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Pizza Sauce
- Generous tablespoon of shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 mini Pepperoni
- 1/2 Teaspoon Basil
Directions:
- Mix the flour, baking soda and salt together in a microwavable mug.
- Add in the milk and oil then mix together.
-
Spoon on the marinara sauce and spread it around the surface of the batter.
-
Sprinkle on the cheese, pepperoni, and dried herbs
-
Microwave for 1 minute 10 - 1 minute 20 seconds, or until it rises up and the toppings are bubbling (timing is based on my 1200W microwave so your timing might vary)
- Enjoy!
