How long does it take to receive an order?
🚨 EXCITING NEWS: Piper Lou now ships items FAST! 🎉
Shipping time is now our absolute #1 priority moving forward. We got to a point we weren't proud of the ship times so we completely revamped our warehouse, product offering, and partnerships to allow for insanely fast shipping. All items will leave our warehouse within 2-3 days. There will never be a time it will take more than 5 business days to leave our warehouse again.

What is the status of my order?
After placing an order, you can view the order status 24 hours a day by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of our website. You can also find a "My Account" link in the footer on mobile.
From there, you will be able to view information about your order.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to go out the door and be shipped to you.
How do Returns/Exchanges work?

Can I Use a Discount on VIP Specials?
No unfortunately. VIP Specials are already discounted as low as we can discount them. Your code will only work on regular priced items.

Can I return Clearance or Final Sale items?
No refunds or credits will be issued for clearance items, Box of Awesome, accessories (such as lids, straw packs, etc.) or donation items (products marked as supporting charitable causes), as these are final sale.

Can I Exchange Tumblers I bought on a Deal Day?
Items purchased during promotions such as Buy 1, Get 2 – or Buy 1, Get 3 are subject to adjusted refunds. The refund amount will be determined on the number of items being returned to Piper Lou. If you wish you receive a 100% refund, you must return the entire order.
