When Will I Be Charged?
Your card will be charged on the 1st of every month + tax. If you join the monthly club after the 17th of the month, your first box will arrive on the next month's cycle.
Can I cancel at any time?
YES! Although you shouldn't, that would make us sad. If you do want to cancel, you can. Most members after a couple of months will gift their box to a friend.

Fulfillment takes 2-5 business days on average for almost all products. The estimated shipping time for US orders is about 3-6 business days

How long does it take to receive an order?

What is the status of my order?

From there, you will be able to view information about your order. Please keep in mind, all orders are printed-on-demand and custom made. COVID-19 regulations have also slowed some ship times down so please be patient with us. Thank you!
