My daughter bought me one of these cups for Christmas 2 years ago because I was too cheap to buy one for myself. Well, the $$$ I save making my own coffee is a bonus. People love to come read what cup I’m carrying each day. My iced coffee is iced all day. Now I have a collection of 10-12 of them and plan on buying more. I have one for every mood. I love my cups but the customer service with your company sucks!! I ordered my cups June 2nd and finally received July 7th. I ordered 4 cups and 3 were for gifts but because the cups were so late I had to get other gifts for my friends. After contacting your company thru live chats and emails, I only was given copy and pasted answers about Covid and no real answers!
