I had a great idea for my kids planned siblings weekend. I called 4 days before the event and asked when it would be shipped. I spoke to a sweet woman/lady and she informed me the shipping wouldn't be for another week. I didn't read the fine line. I said thank you and she heard the disappointment in my voice! Twenty minutes later to my surprise she called me back. She said based on the fact that I live in NC and I seemed so disappointed but understanding she expedited my order!
